Which analytics does a website use?

Enter any website. We read its home page and the tag manager it loads, and list the analytics, tracking pixels and session recorders we find.

How it works

Our server loads the page you enter, like a browser would, and looks for the scripts each analytics tool asks site owners to install. When the page loads Google Tag Manager, we also read its containers, where Google Analytics is often set up.

What it cannot see

Tools that load only after a visitor accepts cookies, tracking done on the website's own server, and scripts renamed to avoid ad blockers can stay hidden. We only check the page you enter, and we do not store the addresses you check beyond a 24-hour cache.
